NexioHub Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 8, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how Zhuzhou Gengfang Trading Store ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information when you install, register for, or use NexioHub, an Android social application distributed on Google Play. The policy applies to your use of NexioHub on or after the effective date shown above. By continuing to use the application after that date, you acknowledge the practices described here. If you do not agree, discontinue use of NexioHub.

Children

NexioHub is designed exclusively for adults and is not directed to children. The application is intended for users aged eighteen (18) and above only. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from anyone under 18 years of age.

During initial registration or first use, you may be asked to confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement. We do not perform ongoing in-app age verification beyond that initial user confirmation. If you are under 18, you must not create an account, access NexioHub, or submit personal information through the application.

If you are a parent, guardian, or other authorized adult and believe that a person under 18 has provided personal information to us or created an account, please contact ieterryarquoconn@gmail.com promptly. After we verify the report, we will take appropriate steps to delete the information and terminate the associated account, consistent with applicable law and our internal procedures.

We encourage adults to supervise minors' online activity and to ensure that individuals under 18 do not use NexioHub or share personal details through its social features.

Sharing Matrix

We share personal information only as described in this section, under contractual safeguards that limit recipients to specified purposes, and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

These partners may receive device model, operating system version, application build, interaction events, and crash stack traces. This sharing supports product improvement, performance analysis, and stability.

We do not sell personal and sensitive user data.

We may disclose personal information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, respond to valid legal process, protect the safety of users or the public, investigate fraud or security incidents, or enforce our User Terms. Account Deletion

Registered users may delete a NexioHub account and request removal of associated personal data through the following methods:

  1. In-app account deletion: Open the Personal Center, go to Settings > Account > Delete Account, and follow the on-screen confirmation steps. The delete account flow permanently removes your registered profile and initiates deletion of account-linked personal data, subject to retention limits described in this policy and applicable law.
  2. Email request: If you cannot access the in-app path, email ieterryarquoconn@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address tied to your NexioHub account so we can verify ownership.

You may also open account deletion guidance from the Personal Center, where informational pages may load in a WebView for compliance display only. We will process account deletion requests within a reasonable period after verification.

Additional Operational Details

NexioHub enables adults to browse social content feeds, discover user profiles, match with other users, and communicate through text, voice, images, and live video. The Android application is organized into four primary tabs: a home tab for feed browsing and user detail views; a matching tab for user recommendations and connections; a chat tab for messaging; and a personal center for profile management, settings, legal documents, and account controls.

Registration and Authentication

NexioHub supports account creation. To access interactive social features, you register with an email address and credentials you choose. We assign an account identifier to authenticate sessions, distinguish your profile, and support customer assistance. You are responsible for safeguarding your login information.

Subscriptions and Google Play Billing

NexioHub offers subscription-based features. Product names, pricing, billing intervals, and included benefits appear in the in-app subscription listings and on Google Play. Purchases and renewals are processed through Google Play's billing system. We receive transaction metadata needed to verify subscription status and deliver entitled features; we do not receive or store your full payment card number.

User Terms, this Privacy Policy, child safety information, and account deletion instructions may be shown inside NexioHub through an embedded WebView. These pages present compliance and informational content only. They are not used for cross-app tracking, behavioral advertising, or monitoring your activity outside those document views.

Peer-to-Peer Communications

When you message or call other users, content you send may be visible to recipients and stored to provide chat history and related features. Exercise caution before sharing sensitive personal details with other users, because we cannot control how recipients use information you voluntarily disclose.

Eligibility and Access Mode

NexioHub is intended exclusively for adults aged eighteen (18) and above. The application is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. During initial setup you may confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement; we do not perform ongoing in-app age verification beyond that confirmation.

By using NexioHub, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction. Full functionality requires a compatible Android device, network connectivity, and, for interactive social features, a registered account. Certain capabilities may be limited by device hardware, Android version, regional availability, or subscription status.

To exercise these rights, email ieterryarquoconn@gmail.com with sufficient information for identity verification. Under the CCPA, the terms "share" and "sharing" have a specific definition under California law that differs from everyday language. Sharing includes disclosing personal information to a third party for cross-context behavioral advertising, such as providing device or usage data to an advertising partner so that partner can display ads to you on other apps or websites based on activity across different contexts. We do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising through NexioHub. For a complete description of how we disclose information to service providers and other recipients, see the Sharing Matrix section. California residents may exercise the right to know by emailing ieterryarquoconn@gmail.com, and we will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA)

If you are a Virginia resident, the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) grants rights including confirmation of processing, access, correction, deletion, data portability, and opt-out of certain processing. Contact ieterryarquoconn@gmail.com to exercise VCDPA rights. We will respond to privacy-related requests within a reasonable period after verification.

How to Opt Out (VCDPA)

The following explains how to opt out of certain processing under the VCDPA:

  1. Targeted advertising: NexioHub does not use your personal data for targeted advertising as defined under the VCDPA. To confirm this practice or opt out should our practices change, email ieterryarquoconn@gmail.com.
  2. Sale of personal data: We do not sell personal data. To confirm that we do not sell your personal data or to opt out should our practices ever change, contact ieterryarquoconn@gmail.com.

Transfers

NexioHub is offered to Global audiences from China. Personal information may be processed in China and other countries where our service providers operate. Laws in destination jurisdictions may differ from those in your country of residence.

Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized under relevant privacy frameworks. By using NexioHub, you acknowledge that your personal information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your own.

Residents of the EEA, UK, or Switzerland who need detail about transfer safeguards may contact ieterryarquoconn@gmail.com.

Permissions

NexioHub requests Android permissions only when you actively initiate features that require them. Permissions are not requested at launch by default, and sensitive capabilities are not accessed in the background.

Camera

The camera supports avatar capture from the Personal Center and live video during video chat entered from user detail pages or chat conversations. The camera activates only after you tap the relevant feature and grant permission through the Android system dialog. Background usage: The camera is not in the background. Denying or revoking camera permission disables video chat and camera-based avatar capture until you restore permission through Android Settings > Apps > NexioHub > Permissions.

Microphone

The microphone supports voice messaging in chat and audio during video chat. Recording begins only when you press the voice message control or enter an active video session. Background usage: The microphone is not in the background. NexioHub does not continuously listen to ambient sound or record outside user-initiated actions. Revoking microphone permission disables voice messages and video audio until restored.

Photos and Media

Photos and media permission—including read access through Android scoped storage and the system media picker—lets you select images for chat messages and profile avatars. We read only files you manually select. We do not scan your entire media library or upload unselected files. Background usage: Photos and media are not in the background.

External Storage

On supported Android versions, external storage access supports reading user-selected media and, where necessary, caching media related to features you actively use. Access is scoped to files you choose or content generated within NexioHub for feature delivery. This permission is not used for unrelated file system scanning or background collection.

You may manage or revoke permissions at any time through Android device settings. Revoking a permission may limit related features until you grant it again.

Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Account and profile data. Email addresses, account identifiers, display names, profile attributes, and avatars are kept while your account remains active. After account deletion through Settings > Account > Delete Account or a verified email deletion request, we delete or de-identify associated data within a commercially reasonable period, except where retention is necessary for legal compliance, dispute resolution, or agreement enforcement.

User-generated content. Text messages, images, voice recordings, and related metadata needed for chat history and matching continuity are retained while your account is active. Account deletion triggers removal processes for associated content, subject to backup cycles and lawful retention requirements.

Device and diagnostic data. Device metrics, usage events, and crash logs used for analytics and stability are generally retained for limited rolling intervals suited to investigation needs, typically not exceeding twenty-four (24) months unless a longer period is justified by security investigations or legal obligations.

Subscription records. Metadata from Google Play Billing—such as product identifiers, purchase tokens, and renewal status—is retained to validate entitlements, respond to billing inquiries, and satisfy tax or accounting obligations.

When retention periods end, we pursue secure deletion or de-identification using commercially reasonable methods.

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include access controls limiting employee and contractor access on a need-to-know basis, encryption or comparable protections for data in transit where appropriate, and monitoring intended to detect unusual activity affecting service integrity.

No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Although we work to safeguard your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information in a manner that creates a significant risk to your rights, we will take steps consistent with applicable law, which may include notifying affected users and relevant authorities where required.

You can help protect your account by choosing a strong password, not sharing login credentials, and notifying ieterryarquoconn@gmail.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Platform Scope

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to NexioHub as distributed on Google Play for Android devices. It does not apply to websites, services, or applications operated by third parties that may be referenced within NexioHub, nor to any iOS, App Store, or other non-Android distribution channels unless explicitly stated in a future update.

Permission descriptions, system settings paths, and technical references use Android terminology, including scoped storage and Google Play billing for subscriptions. Features, permissions, and data practices described here reflect the Android version of NexioHub only.
